Hiring for: Part-Time Positions 6:45pm-7:15am 24 hrs per week, 12hrs per week; 10:45pm-7:15am 8hrs per weekPay Range (depending on experience): LPN: $33.00 - $39.44/hr ($.50 - $5.00 Shift Differentials) RN: $40.00 - $48.62/hr ($.50 - $5.00 Shift Differentials) RN, BSN: $42.00 - $50.62/hr ($.50 - $5.00 Shift Differentials) As a Nurse on our Respiratory Care Unit at Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients. The Respiratory Unit is a specialty unit providing care to patients with ALS, Traumatic Brain Injury and Ventilator Dependency. The desired candidate will have a passion for caring for residents needing 24-hour critical care in a long-term care environment.Responsibilities:Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff memberCommunicate with patients and families to provide education and supportCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatmentDocument patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical recordsStay up to date with current research and best practices in nursingParticipate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skillsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Valid MA RN or LPN nursing License1 year of experience is preferred but will consider a new graduate nurse.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionalsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsRequired:CPR CertificationLicensed Practical NurseRegistered NurseEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
