Location: Worcester, MA
Setting: Long-Term Care / Nursing Home
Pay Rate $36–$39 per hour (based on experience)**

Schedule:
Evening & Night Shifts Available
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Full-Time & Part-Time options

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team in Worcester, MA. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and compliance with care plans and facility standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document care, observations, and changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts LPN License (required)
• 1+ year of LPN experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evening/night shifts in a long-term care setting
