Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Worcester, MA | Full-Time | Weekend Rotation

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated LPN Nurses to provide exceptional care to our residents. Join a supportive and stable nursing leadership team where many of our leaders have been with us for years, helping new nurses grow and succeed.

Our facility is conveniently located near highways and bus stations , making your commute easier.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health needs and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress updates
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active MA RN or LPN license
• 1+ year experience preferred (New grads welcome)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
