Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Overnight Shift

Location: Worcester, MA
Job Type: Full-Time/ Part Time
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $36.00–$39.00+/hour (DOE)
Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in a long-term care setting. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on delivering quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor residents' health conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document vital signs and clinical observations
• Provide direct patient care and emotional support
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow established nursing standards, policies, and procedures
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Massachusetts LPN license required
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
  

Schedule:

• Full-Time Overnight Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• Overtime opportunities available
