In-House Immigration Counsel - Children's Matters (LA)

JDHuntr's Los Angeles in-house counsel listing seeks an Immigration Counsel to conduct intake interviews and advocate for referred children in immigration matters. You will prepare filings and coordinate strategy for each case.
Responsibilities include appearances before Immigration Court, USCIS and the Board of Immigration Appeals, handling RFEs/NOIDs/denials, and guiding humanitarian petitions such as SIJS and adjustment of status. This is a full-time on-site position in California.
