Licensed Master Social Worker Location: Caldwell, ID Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,366 per week Shift Information: Days – 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 7/13/2026 About the Position The unit consists of 22 beds with a patient‑to‑staff ratio of 8:1 RN to 1:10 SW for each 12 or more patients. Two social workers are scheduled five days a week, with one available on two of those days. The unit operates using a locked system for safety, with documentation managed through an electronic health record. Social workers perform assessments, team discussions, and daily group sessions. No procedures are performed on the unit but staff may escort patients to external treatments. The dress code is business casual. The team works with supportive psych providers and has a strong focus on volunteer services. Requirements State license for Professional Social Work with an active LMSW license. Minimum 2 years of experience as an LMSW. Preferred LCSW certification. Must have a state license.
