Sales Manager- Aggregate

Kuert Concrete , Inc.

Quote and service all types of central Indiana projects, with a heavy emphasis on INDOT, Counties, Cities, towns and infrastructure projects. Coordinate INDOT bids with other salesmen throughout the imi aggregate area. Develop new accounts and increase area business. Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. Track projects from sale to completion. Support daily activities of area plants. Ensure receivables are collected from the portfolio. Actively participate in local community activities; act as company ambassador in the community. Other duties or special projects as assigned by management. Requirements Sales experience preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent skills with Microsoft Windows and MS Office. Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in business management, finance, accounting or a related field; or equivalent industry experience.
