Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
I opened my agency in 2020 and have since built a strong, high-performing team of 17 talented professionals. My State Farm journey began in 2008 as a team member, and over the years I've gained valuable experience in leadership and developed a deep understanding of how the company operates. I'm passionate about sharing that knowledge with others, which is why I offer the aspirant program to team members who are interested in advancing their careers and potentially becoming agents themselves. Community involvement is an important part of what we do. Our team actively participates in local events, sponsors sports programs, and supports a variety of nonprofit organizations throughout the city. Giving back and staying connected to the community we serve is a key part of our mission. We also believe in taking care of our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
