We are seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our full-time, on-site operations in Romulus, MI, specializing in the global logistics of medical goods. In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations—from precise inventory control and management to the complex import/export coordination of medical supplies worldwide. You’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with OSHA/FDA regulations, and driving workflow efficiencies to meet rigorous performance targets in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure accurate product tracking and availability
• Experience in Operations Management to streamline and optimize workflow processes
• Capability in Forklift Operation with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Skills in Inventory Management, including tracking, restocking, and maintaining accurate records
• Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate warehouse staff
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and compliance standards
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in warehouse operations is advantageous
