Role Overview:

• Provide customer service support via phone
• Resolve inquiries using established processes
• Document interactions accurately
• Maintain performance standards throughout certification and production

Requirements:

• What you should know before applying: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Certification attendance is mandatory. Startup and equipment requirements apply. Missing certification or performance benchmarks may result in removal.
• Technical & Workspace Requirements: Quiet, distraction-free home workspace. Wired high-speed internet. Windows-based PC (no Mac or Chromebook). USB headset required prior to start.
• Pay Structure: Contract rates typically range $12$15/hour, depending on program. Advancement opportunities are performance-based, not guaranteed. This opportunity rewards consistency, preparation, and follow-through.
