Automotive Accounting Assistant
We are seeking to hire an additional experienced, detail oriented, and dependable automotive accounting assistant to join our team. This is a full time position Monday Friday, requiring 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Process daily deposit
- Upload after sale products
- Process cancellation requests
- Maintain schedules
- Review documents for compliance completion
- Assist billing clerks
- Dealer trades
- New and used vehicle purchases
Qualifications
- At least two years automotive experience
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Maintain strong attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Month end schedule flexibility
