Job Description Job Description SENIOR PAYROLL COORDINATOR - IMMEDIATE OPENING We're working with a company in Georgetown that specializes in commercial energy solutions and is looking to add a Senior Payroll Coordinator to support their growing payroll team. The company is currently preparing for a Viewpoint to UKG implementation, so they need someone experienced who can jump in and help keep day-to-day payroll operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on payroll role with a busy, collaborative team that values people who are organized, dependable, and solutions oriented. Position Details Start ASAP Contract role expected through end of September with potential to extend Located in Georgetown Fully onsite during training, then hybrid schedule (3 days onsite weekly) Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm Parking available and accessible by public transportation What You'll Be Doing Process in-house payroll from start to finish Review payroll batches, timecards, and payroll data for accuracy Support weekly payroll processing across multiple entities Handle payroll for large employee populations across multiple states Maintain garnishments, deductions, union-related items, and payroll reporting Assist with employee payroll questions and day-to-day payroll support What They're Looking For 3+ years of payroll experience True in-house payroll processing experience Experience supporting payroll for 500+ employees Multi-state payroll background Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Nice to Have UKG experience Construction industry exposure Union payroll experience If you enjoy staying busy, solving problems, and being part of a team that values reliability and strong work ethic, we'd love to connect.
