Nurse Manager

Responsibilities Conduct assessments, manage medications, and ensure a holistic care plan for each client. Oversee therapeutic activities, personal care, and support for activities of daily living (ADLs). Coordinate healthcare services with client families, physicians, and case managers. Staff and Volunteer Management Supervise, train, and support caregivers, engagement specialists, and volunteers. Conduct performance evaluations and maintain accurate documentation for compliance. Operational Oversight Manage daily operations, including maintaining required documentation, staff and volunteer schedules, and other tasks as required. Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and company procedures. Maintain a safe and engaging environment for all clients. Community Engagement and Volunteer Coalition Build relationships with local churches, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase volunteer involvement and support. Promote admissions through tours, free day passes, and outreach efforts to attract new clients. Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia. Experience in adult day health services, home health, or elder care. Strong leadership, team, and volunteer management skills. Knowledge of dementia care, healthcare regulations, and senior care best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
