Why This Role Is Valuable This is a high-impact AVP I role within FP&A Consolidation, critical to the accuracy, integrity, and execution of enterprise-wide financial processes. The role offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership and complex financial operations and is well-suited for a candidate who demonstrates strong execution, ownership, and attention to detail, with the ability to grow into broader responsibility over time.How You Add ValueManage enterprise-wide financial consolidation processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timelinessLead the preparation, review, and analysis of consolidated financial reporting packages for senior leadership and key stakeholdersCoordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities across FP&A, Accounting, HR, and other partner teamsAnalyze financial results, headcount trends, and workforce analytics to support planning, forecasting, and decision-makingLiaison between Finance, HR, Accounting, and business partners to ensure alignment, data integrity, and timely issue resolutionWhat You Bring To The RoleRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial consolidation, and reportingAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Microsoft WordExperience with financial reporting, consolidation, and planning systems (enterprise FP&A tools)Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentHigh degree of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive payroll and compensation dataPreferred:Experience in a complex, multi-entity or global organizationExposure to enterprise planning or consolidation tools (e.g., Anaplan or similar platforms)Base Compensation Range:$120,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position.
