General Manager 4 - Food

Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 - Food to lead daily operations at Buffalo Wild Wings located at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX . This role is responsible for delivering strong financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and creating an engaging guest experience in a high-volume, campus-based restaurant environment. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. • Oversee daily restaurant operations to drive revenue, profitability, and cost control
• Analyze P&L statements to identify opportunities and address operational challenges
• Lead and develop a team of managers and hourly employees, ensuring strong performance and engagement
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through active floor presence and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, HACCP standards, and company policies
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and administrative functions with accuracy and timeliness

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Knowledge of food safety, alcohol compliance, and workplace safety standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and follow-through
• ServSafe (or equivalent) food and alcohol certifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
