Job Overview We are seeking psychiatrists for outpatient work in a group practice setting. Responsibilities 100% outpatient work Hybrid model with telemedicine and in‑person flexibility Medication management and therapy Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $280,000 to $370,000+ Sign‑on bonus Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, paid parental leave, holidays, EAP, etc. Additional compensation for collaboration with mid‑levels (optional) Qualifications Fully licensed in Oklahoma, Board‑eligible or Board‑certified, and unencumbered DEA Experienced in medication management and therapy Equal Opportunity Employer LifeStance Health is an equal opportunity employer.
