Job Summary: Perform analytical laboratory procedures supporting sample analysis, method development, and validation for LC-MS–based bioanalysis of large molecule modalities. Execute high-quality sample preparation, instrument operation, and documentation in accordance with regulatory and corporate guidelines. What You'll Be Doing: Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines Prepare and complete documentation in compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements Conduct laboratory tasks associated with sample preparation including in vitro incubations, sample extractions, and SPE purification Operate LC-MS instrumentation and perform routine data analysis, escalating abnormal results or potential quality failures promptly Assist with troubleshooting, process improvements, and routine method/assay development under moderate supervision Prepare data analysis results for upload to LIMS under the guidance of senior staff Perform and document calibration, maintenance, and hands-on training for laboratory equipment and procedures as assigned What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field required Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years of related experience in method development or specific methodology area or a Masters degree; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
