Human Resources Generalist

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Anaheim that is seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing across multiple areas of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional with strong employee relations experience, knowledge of California labor laws, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and management. Support employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management guidance. Administer onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation programs. Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and hiring processes. Maintain HRIS records and employee personnel files. Support benefits administration and answer employee benefit-related questions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Coordinate leave of absence requests and workers' compensation claims. Assist with training, development, and employee engagement initiatives. Prepare HR reports and support special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Bilingual in Spanish and English required. 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices. Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
