Skilled Nursing Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM)

Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) for Region 3 to join our Team!

DRIVEN BY EXPERTISE, GUIDED BY COMPASSION. This role covers Cisco, Denison, Eastland, Gainesville, Graham, Jacksboro, Pilot Point, Sherman, and Stephenville.

The Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) is a key member of the Regional Management team. The position reports to Operations and is responsible for all day-to-day activities and supervision of the facility's business office functions.

Qualifications for Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) :

Proficient organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Creative problem solving and analytical skills.
Advanced working knowledge of billing operations, including charges, coding, payment, insurance claims, and appeals.
Excellent computer skills.
Drive for high outcomes.
Ability to travel.
Regional experience preferred.
