As we continue to grow, we are looking to add an Inventory and Purchasing Coordinator to our Fluidraulics team

Position Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for supporting inventory management, purchasing, order accuracy, and vendor coordination for the Pennsylvania and Ohio locations. This role maintains product and pricing data within the ERP system, oversees inventory control activities, coordinates quality and compliance documentation, and serves as a key resource for order management and operational support. The position works closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and effective purchasing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Place, monitor, and maintain purchase orders for inventory requirements, including order revisions, updates, and vendor follow-up for the Pennsylvania location.
• Manage product returns, replacements, and related vendor communications for both Pennsylvania and Ohio locations.
• Oversee inventory control activities, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy for the Pennsylvania location.
• Maintain inventory and customer data, including part numbers, kit assemblies, vendor and customer pricing, discount schedules, and customer cross-reference information for both locations.
• Review and validate order entries against vendor acknowledgments to ensure accuracy of pricing, part numbers, shipping methods, delivery dates, and customer/vendor information.
• Obtain and manage customer-requested quality and compliance documentation, including CMRT, RoHS, COO, PFAS, ESG, USMCA, and other required certifications.
• Maintain and update SharePoint resources, including vendor notifications, pricing updates, and operational communications.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute internal reports as needed.
• Enter and process EDI orders as required.
• Provide backup support for trade invoice entry, expense order creation, inventory corrections, and other inventory-related transactions.
• Partner with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve inventory, order, pricing, and product information issues.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, order processing, customer service, or a related business function.
• Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory control, order management, and pricing administration.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams.
