Job Summary Beautiful beaches and mild weather await on the North Carolina coast! WITN, Eastern Carolina’s #1 television station, is hiring a Media Executive to join our team in Jacksonville. In this role, you’ll help local businesses grow by connecting them with customers through best‑in‑class marketing solutions across broadcast and digital platforms. Responsibilities Grow and manage strategic marketing partnerships with local businesses across Gray’s digital and broadcast platforms. Drive new revenue through daily prospecting and outbound cold calling. Own the full sales cycle, including account management and new business development. Participate in initial and ongoing training to build skills and improve performance. Qualifications Sales and marketing experience preferred. Strong digital acumen (integral to the role). Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Driven to succeed; self‑motivated. Highly organized, coachable, and accountable. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Collaborative team player committed to helping local businesses succeed.
