Sales Acceleration Leader

Your role and responsibilities As a Sales Development Representative: Acceleration Specialist, you will focus on achieving and exceeding industry standard productivity and service levels, developing qualified opportunities that lead to high yield. You will provide business development for IBM Technology, leveraging marketing demand, insights, and intent data to build strong client engagement across all IBM client segments, with a primary focus on Select. Your primary responsibilities will include: Develop qualified opportunities that lead to high yield, focusing on achieving and exceeding industry standard productivity and service levels. This involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing value-added solutions to drive growth. Leverage marketing demand, insights, and intent data to build strong client engagement across all IBM client segments, with a primary focus on Select. This includes analyzing market trends, understanding client needs, and developing targeted campaigns to drive business results. Provide business development for IBM Technology, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through strategic planning and execution. Achieve and exceed industry standard productivity and service levels, focusing on developing qualified opportunities and driving business growth. Required technical and professional expertise Industry standard productivity achievement: Experience with achieving and exceeding industry standard productivity and service levels in sales development, with a focus on high-yield opportunity development. Qualified opportunity development: Experience in developing qualified opportunities that lead to high yield, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building relationships with clients. Marketing demand analysis: Experience with leveraging marketing demand, insights, and intent data to build strong client engagement, including analyzing market trends and understanding client needs. Business development expertise: Experience in providing business development for technology products or services, including identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through strategic planning and execution. Client engagement strategies: Experience with building strong client engagement across multiple client segments, including providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and delivering value-added solutions. Preferred technical and professional experience Technology sales expertise: Experience with technology sales, including understanding client needs and delivering value-added solutions to drive growth. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing targeted campaigns to drive business results. Data‑driven insights: Experience in leveraging data‑driven insights to inform sales strategies and drive business outcomes, including analyzing market trends and understanding client needs. Strategic planning: Experience with strategic planning and execution in a sales development context, including identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through effective planning and execution.
