Job Summary and Responsibilities


Position Overview

We have an opportunity for a 1.0 FTE advanced practice provider (ARNP or PA-C) in our Urology department at our Downtown location. Aspects of the advanced practitioner role:

• Outpatient General Urology clinic at the Downtown location as well as surgical first assist.
• Schedule: We partner with you to develop a schedule that accommodates your needs as much as possible, while also considering access and patient care needs. There is currently no call for this position.
• Experience: Advanced Practitioner experience and/or Urology experience or exposure is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Learning opportunities: The team has a teaching culture and is a conducive environment for providers newly out of school and/or new to the field of Urology. A training and mentorship program is in place to help guide new providers to Virginia Mason and support them for long term success.
• Innovation: The Virginia Mason culture promotes best practice standards and continual improvement for both the patient and team member safety and experience using our Virginia Mason Production System with the vision of being the quality leader in healthcare.
