Job#: 3034470 Job Description: AI Governance Operations Analyst Richmond, VA (Hybrid) Job Summary The AI Governance Operations Analyst provides administrative and operational support for the enterprise AI governance program. This role ensures that AI intake, documentation, inventory management, monitoring, and reporting are executed accurately and consistently. This position is critical to maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the Responsible AI program. You will work closely with AI Governance leadership to ensure processes are followed, documentation is complete, and evidence is readily available for leadership decisions, audits, and regulatory needs. This role is highly operational and does not make legal, risk, or compliance determinations. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day AI intake operations and ensure submission completeness * Track and monitor AI governance workflows and queues to ensure timely processing * Identify and escalate bottlenecks, risks, or delays in governance processes * Maintain and update the enterprise AI inventory and governance documentation * Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Privacy, Security, IT) to gather required information * Support the creation of dashboards, reports, audit materials, and evidence documentation * Assist with GRC tooling, monitoring, and reporting activities * Maintain governance artifacts including mailboxes, SOPs, checklists, and templates * Support governance coordination and logistics across teams * Provide administrative support to the AI Working Group, including: * Scheduling meetings * Preparing materials * Tracking decisions and action items * Maintaining official records Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience * 2+ years of experience in operations, governance support, or program administration * Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools (preferred) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage and maintain structured documentation and inventory systems * Comfortable working in process-driven, governance-focused environments * Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and execute work independently Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
