Culinary Manager

Train team members in cooking methods, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control, and hygiene practices. Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years of current kitchen management experience in a high‑volume kitchen Banquet experience required; pizzeria experience is a plus Strong operational background with a track record of controlling food and labor costs Ability to thrive under pressure and work 10‑12 hour shifts when necessary, at least 45 hours per week High‑volume operation experience; Culinary Arts degree preferred Ability to communicate in the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s operating area Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating team members Excellent basic math skills; basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and email Physical ability to stand for long periods, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds What Uccello’s Hospitality Group Has to Offer An outstanding culture within a local, family‑owned company.
