Senior Property Manager

Ambo Properties is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Senior Floating Property Manager to support multiple apartment communities throughout the DFW Metroplex. This is an opportunity for a strong Property Manager who is ready to step beyond managing one community and take on a bigger role, helping multiple properties succeed, supporting onsite teams, improving performance, and driving occupancy.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Previous Property Management experience with a proven track record of success. Someone ready to take the next step into a senior-level, multi-site support role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and hold them accountable. Experience with RealPage and Knock CRM is required. Strong leasing, marketing, collections, and occupancy management skills. The ability to step into different communities, identify opportunities, solve problems, and get results. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a new challenge every day. Ability to travel between apartment communities throughout the DFW Metroplex.
