Assistant Studio Manager / Sales & Customer Experience

Full-Time | Salary PLUS Commission Help bring something new to the community - and grow with us from the beginning. iFlex Stretch is bringing its wellness concept to a new market, and we're looking for an outgoing, motivated Assistant Studio Manager to help launch and grow our new studio. iFlex Stretch is focused on helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain and enhance their overall well-being through assisted stretching. This is an opportunity to get at the beginning -- helping introduce the brand to the community, build our founding membership base, and create an experience that keeps members coming back and referring others. While the studio is new to the area, you won't be building alone. You'll have the systems, resources and support of an established franchise organization behind you, along with local ownership committed to growing the business and the team. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management role. We need someone who enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, building relationships and turning interest into memberships. Meet people and introduce prospective members to iFlex Stretch Generate leads and help sell founding memberships Attend community events, pop-ups and local outreach opportunities Follow up consistently with leads and prospective members Build relationships and create excitement around the studio opening Work closely with the Studio Manager and ownership to meet presale goals Once We Open Build relationships with members and deliver an exceptional studio experience Sell memberships and retail products through a personalized, consultative approach Follow up with leads and prospective members Help track and achieve key sales, membership and retention goals Support day-to-day studio operations Help achieve studio sales, activity and retention goals Step in as a leader and support the Studio Manager as the business and team grow Who We're Looking For You don't have to come from the stretching or fitness industry. You do need to be comfortable talking to people, building relationships and asking for the sale. Previous management experience is helpful, but we're equally interested in someone with strong sales ability, initiative and leadership potential who is ready to grow into greater responsibility. Schedule This is a full-time, salaried position with a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business. Especially during the pre-opening period, candidates should be comfortable attending community events and outreach opportunities that may occur on Fridays, evenings or weekends.
