Together, Axia Women's Health puts women first by delivering the personalized care needed for women to lead healthier, happier lives.We are currently recruiting a Full Time RN (Triage & Support) position available at Valley Forge OBGYN located in Phoenixville, PA. Office hours are generally Monday-Friday between 8AM-5PM with evening hours until 6PM on Thursdays. The person hired will be responsible for the coordination of patient care and an important participant in policy and procedure implementations as they relate to medical services for nursing staff, primarily via the telephone.Other job duties include but are not limited to:Evaluates and assesses patient's health care needs based on patient's signs and symptoms utilizing established triage protocols and guidelinesObtains appropriate input and direction from the provider as needed to determine best clinical course of action and recommendations for specific patient health careAccurately documents symptoms/complaints, nursing assessment, advice provided and patient/caller response.
