About the Role: PubMatic is looking for an Account Executive to grow our business with leading Travel & Hospitality brands.You’ll build relationships with advertisers across travel, hotels, airlines, tourism, and related categories, helping them connect their marketing goals with PubMatic’s advertising solutions.This is a great opportunity for a motivated seller who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and turning conversations into long term partnerships.What You'll Do: Build new relationships with Travel & Hospitality brands and key decision makers across media, marketing, programmatic, and digital teamsGrow existing partnerships by identifying new opportunities and increasing platform adoptionUnderstand each client’s business and marketing priorities and connect them to the right PubMatic solutionsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunitiesDevelop relationships across priority accounts and identify new stakeholders and areas for growthPartner with Client Success, Product, Marketing, and other teams to deliver a strong client experienceStay close to trends shaping Travel & Hospitality and bring relevant insights into client conversationsWho You Are: 2 to 4 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, business development, or a related client facing roleExperience working with Travel & Hospitality brands is a plusAn understanding of digital media and programmatic advertisingStrong prospecting, communication, and relationship building skillsA natural curiosity about clients and their businessesA collaborative approach and genuine motivation to grow relationships and revenueAdditional Information Return to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the globe have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days “in office” and 2 days “working remotely”) that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions. Compensation DisclosureIn accordance with applicable law, the below salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range.The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package. Total Compensation Range$150,000—$180,000 USD
