Senior Account Executive, Advertiser Solutions, CPG

About the Role:PubMatic is looking for a Senior Account Executive to grow and deepen our relationships with leading CPG brands.You’ll own strategic advertiser relationships, build new partnerships, and uncover opportunities to expand PubMatic’s business across the category. You’ll work with senior stakeholders across media, marketing, programmatic, commerce, shopper marketing, and digital to understand what matters to their business and help develop solutions that deliver against those priorities.This role is ideal for an experienced seller who knows the CPG landscape, enjoys navigating complex organizations, and wants meaningful ownership of their business.What You'll Do:Own and grow relationships with priority CPG advertisersBuild new partnerships while expanding PubMatic’s presence within existing accountsDevelop relationships with senior decision makers across media, marketing, programmatic, commerce, shopper marketing, and digitalCreate thoughtful account strategies that uncover new stakeholders, opportunities, and areas for growthLead strategic client conversations and connect advertiser priorities to PubMatic’s solutionsIdentify opportunities to grow investment across brands, teams, and business unitsLead complex opportunities involving multiple client and internal stakeholdersPartner with Client Success, Product, Marketing, and other teams to deliver for priority advertisersBring CPG trends, client feedback, and new opportunities back into the broader organizationWho You Are:5 or more years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media sales, or business developmentA track record of building and growing meaningful advertiser relationshipsExperience and relationships within the CPG ecosystem are strongly preferredConfidence working with senior client stakeholders and navigating complex organizationsStrong knowledge of programmatic advertising and the digital media landscapeA strategic and consultative approach to sellingThe ability to independently take an opportunity from relationship building through revenue growthAdditional InformationReturn to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the globe have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days “in office” and 2 days “working remotely”) that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range.The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus and a competitive benefits package. Total Compensation Range$180,000—$220,000 USD
