Senior Account Manager, Consumer Goods and Entertainment

Develop forward thinking, data-driven sales recommendations that align with client objectives and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clients. Understand Google's suite of ad products in-and-out (Google Ads + YouTube) and take responsibility for the management of clients. Lead meetings with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities while ensuring that clients are satisfied with their business growth. Manage operations within the Sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute complex initiatives and ensure accountability to team goals. Develop and present proactive in-quarter upsells. Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting. Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.Preferred qualifications:Relevant experience in online sales, advertising, marketing, and business development with knowledge of the advertising industry. Understanding of and passion for the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and landscape and its issues, a goal for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace. Ability to self-initiate and be comfortable with ambiguity, curiousity, and resilience.High attention to detail and solution-oriented problem-solving skills. Proven, demonstrable success of collaborating with internal teams.
