About the Role

AS Beauty is looking for a Senior Manager, Amazon Advertising to own the full-funnel Amazon media strategy across our brand portfolio. This role sets direction on paid investment, campaign architecture, and testing, while partnering closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Analytics to ensure media spend is tightly aligned to launch calendars, inventory position, and franchise growth priorities. You'll manage budget, agency and vendor relationships, and a testing roadmap that spans Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, and streaming/OTT — using AMC not just for reporting, but to build audiences and measure true incrementality. Success is measured by sustained ROAS and TACoS improvement, efficient scaling of ad spend, share-of-voice gains in priority categories, and strong cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Amazon advertising strategy across assigned brands, setting budget, KPIs, and testing priorities aligned to sales, merchandising, and franchise growth goals.
• Lead campaign architecture, keyword and audience strategy, bid frameworks, and budget pacing across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, and streaming/OTT.
• Use AMC to build custom audiences and measure incrementality beyond last-touch ROAS, translating findings into media mix and budget shifts.
• Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Analytics to align ad investment with product launches, inventory availability, and priority SKU visibility/ranking.
• Monitor competitive share-of-voice, category trends, and search query performance to inform strategy and flag risks or opportunities.
• Manage agency and/or freelance media partners where applicable, ensuring accountability against forecast and testing roadmap.
• Own forecasting and budget reallocation across brands, balancing efficient scaling with share growth in priority subcategories.
• Lead performance analysis and reporting cadence, delivering clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, building Amazon media expertise across the team.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Amazon advertising or performance marketing, ideally within DTC/CPG or beauty.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Amazon Campaign Manager, DSP, Seller Central, and AMC.
• Proven experience managing large-scale ad budgets with a track record of ROAS and TACoS improvement.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Experience managing agency partners or cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with beauty or CPG categories specifically.
• Familiarity with streaming/OTT advertising on Amazon.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
