A leading pharmaceutical advertising agency is hiring a Senior Account Executive with a strong background in Medical Education to join their remote team. This temp role offers the opportunity to support medical education initiatives within the healthcare industry. Senior Account Executive Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of medical education programs and deliverables on a daily basis.
• Coordinate project timelines, meetings, updates, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with scientific, creative, and project management teams to ensure timely and accurate work.
• Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing responsive support.

Senior Account Executive Qualifications:

• 4-7+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency setting.
• 3-5+ years supporting Medical Communications or Medical Education programs.
• Proven experience working on healthcare or pharmaceutical HCP-facing initiatives.
• Excellent project management and client service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
