Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home showings for buyers across Central Kentucky
• Cultivate strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
• Support lead agents throughout the home buying journey
• Collect and relay feedback from showings to clients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market and property listings
• Guide buyers confidently through one of their most significant life decisions

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Real Estate License (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and highly motivated attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as client needs arise
• Commitment to learning, development, and building a sustainable real estate career
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
