Employment Type: Temporary until theend of the year Our client is seeking an experienced part-time Payroll Specialist to support biweekly payroll processing and employee payroll administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional with strong UKG experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

- Process biweekly payroll for approximately 300 employees across multiple pay groups.
- Manage off-cycle payroll processing as needed.
- Review and validate timecards, earnings, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
- Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Audit payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile payroll results and verify final payroll output.
- Generate payroll reports for internal stakeholders.
- Respond to employee payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with payroll controls, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
- Partner with HR and payroll teams to maintain data integrity between HRIS and payroll systems.
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of UKG Pro Payroll experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working with payroll deadlines and confidential employee data
