Nursing Asst/US, Techretary | ICU | Day Shift | Full Time

Overview This unit’s leader is innovative and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. She is able to put a fresh perspective on things and be a positive change agent. She started her healthcare career in a secretary position and transitioned to a nurse. Through hard work and dedication, she has become a nurse leader who understands each role on the team and the hardships that come with them. Her leadership style includes transitional, coaching, and pace-setting approaches to foster positive outcomes. We are seeking like-minded individuals to become part of our team. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant/US, Technician facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, offering patients comfort measures, and maintaining a clean, safe, organized environment. This is a full-time day shift position eligible for a sign-on bonus. Shift: 7am-7pm. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED Post High School Special Training preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: Florida Certified Nursing Assistant License preferred BLS #J-18808-Ljbffr UF Health
