Used Car Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Manager to join our team at Audi Tulsa. In this role, you will lead and oversee the used car sales department, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining the reputation of Audi Tulsa in the Tulsa, OK market.

This is a safety-sensitive position. In accordance with the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act, individuals who test positive for marijuana (THC) — regardless of a state-issued medical marijuana license — will be disqualified from consideration for this position .  You must also have a clean driving record with no speeding tickets over twenty miles per hour.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the used car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.


• Develop and implement strategies to increase used vehicle sales.


• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.


• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and vehicle presentation.


• Collaborate with other departments, including finance and service, to provide seamless customer experiences.


• Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to enhance their performance.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive used car sales management or a related role.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.


• In-depth knowledge of used car market dynamics and sales processes.


• Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform decisions.


• Proficient in automotive inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
