Used Car Sales Manager: Bill Dodge Saco

Bill Dodge Auto Group a family-owned automotive group, proudly serving our communities for over 50 years. We are seeking an experienced  Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned sales operation, drive inventory acquisition, and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive leader who is passionate about performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000+ per year

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow the dealership's pre-owned vehicle sales operation


• Develop and execute a successful vehicle acquisition strategy


• Source inventory through trade-ins, auctions, and direct purchases


• Manage vehicle appraisals, pricing, and inventory merchandising


• Monitor departmental performance, forecasts, and profitability


• Coach, train, and develop a high-performing sales team


• Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the purchase process


• Collaborate with leadership to achieve dealership goals and objectives

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive industry experience


• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager


• Proven success in vehicle acquisition and inventory management


• Strong understanding of appraisal tools, market pricing, and dealership operations


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills


• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset


• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing market

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record


• Ability to successfully complete a background check


• Automotive management experience required


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Professional appearance and leadership presence
