Please visit to see our full list of benefits!**Job Description:**Under the direction of the Assistant Beverage Manager, the incumbent maintains adequate levels of bar glassware as required and a high standard of cleanliness to the bar areas to ensure high caliber service to customers.**Essential Job Functions:*** Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.* Duties include, but are not limited to removing glassware from the casino floor, detail cleaning of equipment, washing, sweeping, sanitizing, trash removal and grounds maintenance.* Ensures that ample supplies of glassware are available during service periods.* Performs work assignments directed by beverage management.* Receives soiled glassware, placing items according to size and likeness on automatic dishwashing conveyor belt.* Responsible for running dish machines.* Removes washed glassware from automatic dishwasher and stacks them according to size and likeness for future use.* Polishes glassware.* Returns items not satisfactorily cleaned for a second wash.* Responsible for returning glassware to proper departments.* Responsible for collecting glassware from stationary casino beverage carts.* Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation practices and procedures to ensure that bars and related equipment remain clean, sanitary and odor-free at all times.* Knowledgeable of and adherence to food and beverage department regulations and procedures.* Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.* Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.* Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.**Qualifications:**High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. T.I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification is preferred.**Work Environment:*** May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.* The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.* The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.* Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.**Closing:**The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
