Recreation Attendant - Recreation

Under the supervision of the Recreation Supervisor, the incumbent ensures top quality guest service for the pool clientele. Responsibilities Adhere to Seminole Tribe’s Policies and Procedures. Collect and return soiled linens; replenish area with fresh supplies. Perform cleaning duties to keep pool areas sanitary and safe. Promote positive public/employee relations at all times. Maintain a clean, safe, hazard‑free work environment within area of responsibility. Maintain current knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and procedures including pre‑check and cashiering procedures. Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education. CPR and first aid certification is preferred. Work Environment May be exposed to casino related environmental factors such as second‑hand smoke and excessive noise. The employee frequently stands, walks, uses hands to finger, handle, or feel; reaches with hands and arms; talks or hears; and tastes or smells. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The casino environment is hectic, fast‑paced, often crowded, and noisy. Background Check Final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations prior to an offer being extended. Background checks may include, but are not limited to, a credit check and a criminal background check.
