• Exceptional Client Representation in Court and Before Agencies

• Development of Litigation and Discovery Strategies
\n
• Effective Client Communication
\n
• Preparation and Drafting of Legal Documents

• Settlement Negotiation
\n
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
\n
• Billable Hour Requirement

• Conduct Research to Advise Clients

• Management and Leadership Functions

• Delegation of Case Work to Team

• Utilization of Case Management Software

• Communication of Improvement Recommendations to Partners and Managers

Preferred Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Licensed to Practice Law in the State of Virginia is a must.
\n
• Litigation Experience
\n
• 2+ years’ Experience with Family, Civil, and Domestic exp is a plus
\n
• Strong analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
\n
• Empathy and Ability to Build Rapport and Trust with Clients and Team
\n
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
\n
• Sales Experience is a plus!

Base Salary: $80,000- $120,000 per year + Annual Bonus
