Your New Role

Perform service, repair, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC/R equipment
Assist with the installation of HVAC and refrigeration systems
Service and maintain boilers, furnaces, air conditioning systems, commercial refrigeration equipment, and ice machines
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to restore equipment performance
Communicate professionally with customers regarding system conditions and recommended solutions
Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
Serve customers throughout Strasburg, CO, and surrounding areas

Minimum 3 years of residential and commercial HVAC/R experience
Experience working with boilers, furnaces, air conditioning systems, refrigeration equipment, and ice machines
EPA/CFC Certification required
Valid Colorado driver's license
Personal hand tools required
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service
NATE Certification preferred
