Base Salary: $125k - $175k commensurate w/ experience Annual EOY Performance Bonus Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matching 401(k), PTO Location: Hybrid & Remote Flexibility – No in-office requirement, only required in-person for court appearances Supportive, collaborative team with deep insurance coverage experience Job Details We are seeking skilled Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys with a strong background in defending hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals in complex litigation. Qualifications: Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Medical Malpractice and/or Insurance Defense litigation experience. Other relevant experience includes general liability matters inclusive of slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.
