Starting salary between €4000 and €5100 gross per month (including 34% shift allowance), depending on experience. 35‑hour working week, 5‑shift schedule. Your Role in Our Team As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll work in a high‑tech environment with advanced systems such as conveyors, pick robots, depalletizers, electric motors and automated cranes. Perform maintenance and inspections according to established protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently or in a team. Analyze data, implement adjustments, and contribute to system improvements. Work with both electrical and mechanical systems on a dynamic 5‑shift schedule. Your Profile MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or in the final phase). At least 1 year of experience in a technical role. Analytical and solution‑oriented mindset. Safety‑conscious and comfortable working at heights. In possession of a valid driver’s license and own transport. Apply now!
