Job Details Job Location: Water of Life Community Church Main Campus - Fontana, CA 92336 Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $16.90 - $18.32 Hourly Responsibilities Responsibilities will include supervising and interacting with children. Serves the church by maintaining a safe, healthy and faith-shaping environment to meet the needs of children at assigned church events. Assist with classroom set up, initial check-in, play time and check-out. Lead/encourage participation during worship times. Assist with Bible lessons, activities and crafts. Clean/pick up room(s) at end of each event. This position supports childcare at multiple campuses as assigned. Qualifications Experience working with children in a group setting (ages 0-12) Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Development college units preferred Demonstrated passion for children and their care and development Ability to meet physical requirements of the job Flexible, positive attitude Weekend and evening hours required; may also include morning hours Ability to obtain a work permit Aspire to be a Christian role model in accordance with 1 Timothy, chapter 3 Maintain a consistent relationship with God, demonstrate a strong and growing walk with Christ and live a Biblical lifestyle that honors Christ Be personally committed to the ideals, values and mission of WOL Be a regular tither to WOL Ability to appropriately handle confidential information; refraining from gossip Ability to resolve issues according to Matthew 18 Be/become a Member at Water of Life and regularly attend its weekend services Satisfactory background check #J-18808-Ljbffr Water Of Life Community Church
