Kforce has a client that is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager in New York, NY.Summary:The Alliance Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives designed to drive alliance growth, increase market engagement, and generate measurable pipeline results. This role partners with alliance leaders, sales teams, business development professionals, and partner organizations to execute integrated marketing programs that support go-to-market objectives.Key Responsibilities:Alliance & Growth Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with alliance business goals and growth priorities
• Create messaging, positioning, and content that effectively communicates alliance value propositions
• Scale successful campaigns across industries, regions, and key accounts

Demand Generation & Digital Marketing:

• Design and launch integrated demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs
• Drive engagement through digital channels including paid media, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and partner marketing initiatives
• Support pipeline growth through targeted campaigns and account-focused marketing strategies
• Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms to support campaign execution, lead management, and reporting

Alliance & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with alliance leaders, sales teams, sector marketers, and technology partners on joint marketing initiatives
• Coordinate co-branded campaigns, events, thought leadership, and market-facing programs
• Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution

Campaign Management & Analytics:

• Manage campaigns from planning through execution and performance measurement
• Track key marketing metrics including engagement, pipeline influence, opportunity creation, and ROI
• Analyze results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, alliance marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management
• Strong expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and digital marketing
• Experience developing marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, opportunity creation, and seller engagement
• Proven success collaborating across sales, marketing, and leadership teams within complex organizations
• Experience working with global technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, SAP, ServiceNow, IBM, or similar organizations
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, including lead capture, lead management, and reporting
• Experience with digital marketing disciplines including ABM, paid media, social media, email marketing, content marketing, marketing automation, analytics, and partner co-marketing programs
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Professional services, consulting, technology, or alliance marketing experience preferred
• Global or multi-regional marketing experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
