The Role

We’re looking for passionate Pizza Cooks to join our busy kitchen team. In this fast-paced, fun environment, you’ll help deliver exceptional wood-fired pizzas and support a high-volume service that keeps guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas during service, maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
• Manage the pizza station, including dough preparation, topping assembly, and oven operation.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while collaborating with the team.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards (HACCP practices).
• Support the broader kitchen team during peak service and help with prep as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment where fun and excellence go hand-in-hand.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous pizza-making or line cook experience preferred (Neapolitan or wood-fired oven experience is a big plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Team player who enjoys a lively, fun workplace.
• Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
