Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).
• Certifications ONS
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Infusion Therapy in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment INF skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than two holidays off during my assignment.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: Experience with IV infusions, blood products, and conscious sedation monitoring.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
