Active Respiratory Therapist license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver expert respiratory care as a valued team member in a dynamic clinical setting. This contract opportunity invites an experienced Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide essential patient support in a fast-paced environment focused on high-quality patient outcomes.

Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12 hour night shifts per week
• Rotation of weekends and holidays required

Qualifications:

• Credentialed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Current and valid professional licensure
• Demonstrated proficiency in respiratory assessments, therapy modalities, and ventilator management
• Experience with both adult and pediatric patient populations is a plus
• Strong teamwork, effective communication, and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care including but not limited to oxygen therapy, airway management, and chest physiotherapy
• Assess patient conditions, interpret diagnostic reports, and adapt therapy plans as needed
• Operate and manage ventilators and other life-support equipment safely and efficiently
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health strategies and equipment use
• Accurately document interventions, observations, and patient progress in medical records
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and established clinical protocols
