Community Resource Representative

The Community Resource Representative (CRR) will be responsible for: obtaining prescriptions; prosthesis, bra and compression garment fittings; submitting insurance claims to the Business Office; supervising volunteers. The CRR will support the philosophy of the shop(s). This person will be responsible for efficient operation of the Appearance Center while on site.

Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• ABC or BOC Certified Mastectomy Fitter, or equivalent experience and ability to test immediately upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in breast prosthesis, bra and compression garment fitting.
• Experience with healthcare billing practices for mastectomy and compression garments.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
